We house top of the range equipment by Matrix including Tread-mills, upright bikes, recumbent bikes, cross-trainers and concept II rowing machines allowing you to experience the outdoor life in predictable conditions, with friends and under full supervision. Inside!

Muscle // Strength

Weights machines and free weights along with an area for floor exercises and a personalised program combine to give you the basis for raising your metabolism, increasing endurance and building mass.

Everything you need for avoiding injury or simply looking good.
